PRE-ORDER INFO
Pre-order items are items that are listed before being produced or on hand. When you pre-order, you are aware your item will not ship immediately, and that there is a wait time on top of shipping time to allow for production. This wait time is an estimate, found in the item description, but this time might be anywhere between 1.5 to 3 months.
If ordered with on-hand items, the on-hand items will be combined with the pre-orders when those arrive to me, so the wait time applies to them too. If you want to receive the items that are on-hand sooner, please order them seperately.
Shipping Info
Please note I run this store and pack and ship all orders by myself! Thank you in advance for your patience.You can expect your order to ship within 7 to 14 days (unless it is a pre-order, in which case it would take longer while the product goes into production.)
After you receive a tracking number:
USA: 2 to 10 business days
INTERNATIONAL: 2 to 10+ weeks
Once an item is shipped, it is out of my hands! If it gets lost, there is not much I can do. Every order (unless a solo sticker order without the add-on attatched) comes with tracked shipping.
The price of shipping is based off an estimate provided by the USPS and it is priced to cover all variable costs depending on mailing zone at the present moment.

FAQ
Q: Where do orders ship to?Last updated 1/3/2025.
A: I ship anywhere in the world not restricted by USPS except Israel and I no longer ship to EU countries / Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR regulations as of December 2024.
These new regulations require me to hire a representative in the EU or face a fine of €20K and, as a small business, I cannot afford to do either of these :(
This means I am no longer shipping to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, or Sweden. Im so sorry for the inconvenience.
Current USPS shipping suspensions:
Afghanistan, Cuba, Syria, Belarus, Haiti, Vanuatu, Bhutan, Niue, Yemen, Brunei, Russia, Canada, Sudan.
If you live in the UK or anywhere where VAT laws apply, you may have to pay additional tax to receive your item. I am not responsible for this fee!
Q: Why hasn't my order been shipped?
A: If it was a pre-order listing, always keep in mind that it is AFTER the pre-order period ends that I begin the process to get them manufactured. I can't ship something to you if I don't have it yet! There is always the possibility of delays within manufacturing, but I will keep as updated as I can in the little announcement tab on my shop. Thank you!
Q: What happens if I order an item you have in-stock with something thats preorder?
The in-stock item will ship only after the preorder item is available to be shipped. If you want to get something else sooner, you need to order it seperately!
Q: I put the wrong address in my order!! What do I do?
A: I accept order changes, just contact me, via my email or the contact button above, before the order is shipped and Ill get that fixed up for you. If you get an email with the tracking number, and the order is shipped, then I cannot change it!
If it is re-sent to me due to an incorrect or insufficient address, there will be a reshipment fee.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY:
Full replacement with free shipping:-The wrong item was sent or package goes missing due to a mistake I made. I'm a one-man operation, so mistakes like this might happen! Please contact me and I'll get it sorted out best as I can.
Order needs replacement (with shipping fee:)
-The package was lost due to a mistake made by the courier or myself.
-The package was returned to sender (I send emails to the client when this happens!)
-The package arrives heavily damaged at the fault of the courier.*
*If the damage was made due to client mishandling, it will not be replaced. If the damage is very minor, it will not be replaced.
*Keep in mind that acrylic products may look scratched when they arrive because of the plastic film on them thats there to protect them. Peel the plastic film off first!
No replacements or refunds:
-The wrong address was provided or the address was changed and I was not informed before shipment.
Full refunds:
-Package gets lost for a very unordinary amount of time.
Should you need an address change:
Contact me ASAP. I change addresses manually. You need to have contacted me BEFORE you receive your tracking number. If I no longer have the package on hand, there's nothing I can do. You can contact me using the contact page here.
